Processed in Photoshop Elements 6 with Topaz Adjust 5. Love all the final additions in Topaz Adjust 5. I was lucky enough to get one of my presets included in the final version. It is called Vintage and is in the Toned Collection.
I did some white vignetting and some dodging to the image. Camera settings: f/5.6, 1/60 sec., ISO 1000, focal length 55 mm. No flash.
